Our Story
With over 25 years as a composer, Juno, the founder of HOTBUBU,
has always felt at home in the studio as much as in his kitchen. After
competing on MasterChef Korea Season 4 and reaching the top 20,
HOTBUBU sauce was born. Originally created to enhance his unique
chicken pasta recipe, this spicy and flavourful sauce is here to jazz up
a variety of dishes, from ramen to Korean barbecue to English
breakfast (no, seriously, HOTBUBU in baked beans?! Absolute
banger!).
Not everyone has the time or skill to cook every day. That’s why Juno
wanted to share his HOTBUBU recipe with the world: to help you add
a little spice to your life, one spoonful at a time. So, go on, leave that
